Caring for your mat:
Shake off any loose dirt, then wipe clean with a baby wipe or damp rag and gentle cleaner.
Our vegan leather is stain-resistant but not stain-proof so avoid permanent markers/pens, acrylic paints, or anything with a heavy dye.
Mineral sunscreens may stain - use with care.
Do not machine wash, iron, bleach, or dry clean.
Ensure your item is completely dry before storing.
Wrinkles will release with use, to speed up the process tumble dry on medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes.
All mats ship for free via UPS ground and you should receive within 4-7 days. Note that PO Boxes ship USPS.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! In the event that you would like to return your mat, please contact as within 30 days of receiving your mat at hello@wander-and-roam.com. Note mats purchased during warehouse sales are not returnable.
We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our play mats. Just email us at hello@wander-and-roam.com with any issue you have with your mat and we will either help you fix it or replace it. Please note that pet related issues are not covered under warranty.
