Mats included in our open box returns are unused mats that have been returned to us. Please note that the box that the mat is shipped in may be a bit damaged.

Open box return products are Final Sale and are excluded from all promotional codes.

All mats ship for free via UPS ground and you should receive within 4-7 days. Note that PO Boxes ship USPS.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! In the event that you would like to return your mat, please contact as within 30 days of receiving your mat at hello@wander-and-roam.com. Note mats purchased during warehouse sales are not returnable.

We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our play mats. Just email us at hello@wander-and-roam.com with any issue you have with your mat and we will either help you fix it or replace it. Please note that pet related issues are not covered under warranty.

I was a little worried about purchasing a mat that I could not return, but I am so happy I did. Not only was it in perfect condition, it is comfy for baby and me, and stylish as well. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will be buying again when I need to.

I love this mat and my daughter LOVES it. She just started crawling and she can get a little wild with sitting independently, so this is the perfect place for her to practice all those things. My 75 lb dog can walk across it- no damage! If you’re on the fence, buy it! I highly recommend this play mat.
