Why doesn't the logo on my package match the one online?
We're in the midst of an exciting company upgrade—yahooo! 🎉 We recently updated our logo to better reflect our brand, and while we transition, some packages may still feature our previous design. Over the next few months, you'll start seeing our fresh new look everywhere. Same amazing products, just with a little extra glow-up! ✨
Shipping
All mats are shipped out 1-2 days after we receive your order. Due to the size of the mats we only ship ground which typically takes 1-6 days to arrive.
Preorder
Preordered items will ship out as soon as they are available. See product page for estimated shipping dates. Payment is captured when the order is placed.
Warranty
We stand by the quality of our Wander & Roam playmats and want you to love them as much as we do! That's why we offer a 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty on all of our playmats. If you notice a manufacturing defect, simply email us at hello@wander-and-roam.com with details and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the problem.
Please note: Our warranty doesn't cover pet-related issues (we love your furry friends, but they can be a little rough on our mats) or personal incidentals. Personal incidentals, which include everyday wear and tear, stains, spills, pet damage, or any accidents that happen after the mat arrives in your home. While our mats are made to handle life's messes, things like sharp objects, heavy impact damage, or improper cleaning methods aren't covered under the warranty. So please take good care of your mat—like your favorite pair of jeans! The more love you show it, the longer it'll be there for all of life's playdates, workouts, and cozy moments.
Return Policy
At Wander & Roam, your happiness is our priority! If you're not completely satisfied with your playmat, we're here to help. To initiate a return, email us at hello@wander-and-roam.com within 14 days of receiving your mat. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send your mat back to us.
Please note: Mats purchased during warehouse sales are final sale and not eligible for return. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging and will incur a $14.99 restocking fee.
Unpacking Your Playmat
Your Wander & Roam playmat arrives rolled up with convenient velcro straps for easy handling. Follow these steps to get it ready for play:
- Unwrap Your Mat: Remove the velcro straps and unroll your mat on a flat surface.
- Flatten It Out: Place the mat with the curled edges facing downward. This will help it flatten naturally.
- Give It Time: Allow the mat to sit for a few nights to fully flatten.
- Pro Tip: Save the velcro straps! They're perfect for securing your mat when you need to store or transport it.
Storing Your Playmat Before Unpacking
To keep your playmat in perfect condition before use, please follow these guidelines:
- Store Indoors – Keep your playmat inside at a temperature below 78°F.
- Avoid Humidity – Do not store in a garage, basement, or any area with high humidity.

What comes in the Interior Baby Bundle?
Our Interior Baby Bundles include your staple pieces needed to coordinate and pull your nursery together beautifully. The Baby Minky blanket, for snuggles, the crib sheet and the family blanket, to lay over the crib or for Mom and Baby to curl up in together. All in the same timeless print. Because the nursery should be done, and you should be able to rest — excited for your new chapter as Mom.
What comes in the Summer Outing Bundle?
The Summer Outing Bundle includes a tote, an accessory pouch, a baby blanket, and a water tumbler — all in a coordinating pattern. Throw on a white tee and jeans or an easy dress. Grab the tote. Walk out the door feeling radiant and pulled together. That's it. You got this Mama!
