How to Submit A Claim

Claims Policies
Lost means, no tracking movement for 7+ days, or Package is marked delivered but not received.
Damaged means, Item arrived damaged. Please note: photos required.
Stolen means, marked delivered, but not received (porch theft). Our team may request a police report.
Claim Timeframes
Claims must be filed within 14 days from the date the package was marked delivered. For packages marked delivered but not received, claims can be filed 2 business days after the delivered date. If a package is still in transit, it is considered lost after 7+ days of no tracking updates.
